There are some things better kept off mom's radar, and this 8th grader learned that lesson the hard way when his mother happened to uncover his personal Spotify playlist.

In a series of Snapchats posted to Twitter, his sister Liv shared their mom's priceless reaction to discovering what exactly was being said in her son's headphones. Unbeknownst to mom, middle schoolers listen to hip hop these days.

It starts off relatively mild with rappers like Kendrick Lamar and D.R.A.M rapping about drugs, cash and partying.

But things increase in profanity and graphic content when she discovers J. Cole's "Wet Dreamz" and the genius lyricism of Kanye West in "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1"—a.k.a that song in which he waxes poetic about bleached assholes.

"Do you know all these songs, Liv?" she asks bewilderedly. "So this is what he's listening to when he's staying in his room and listening to his music for a whole night."

Thanks to Liv's stealthy Snapchat skills, we also get a glimpse of the confrontation.

"This is affecting your brain. It's freaking turning you into a psychotic person," she exclaims to her son. "Do you enjoy listening to the shit they're talking about?"

Earlier this year, one mom experienced the same rush of charged emotions in a viral video that showed her appalled by lyrics in Vince Staple's hit track, "Norf Norf."

Staples later defended the mother, but no word yet on what Kanye or Kendrick have to say about being included in this 8th grader's playlist of certified bangers.
