NEW YORK -- Vice ended week one of NewFronts with a "dope" party and some big news. CEO Shane Smith said Friday that it will launch six new digital channels (health, gaming, travel, LGBTQ, money and sustainability) and 20 TV channels worldwide later this year. The news comes just three days after the publisher announced a partnership with ESPN, and just a couple of months after it launched its first TV channel, Viceland. Smith's speech -- which began about an hour after the scheduled start time -- was followed by performances from a handful of artists. Vice also said the band will "feature guest vocal spots from...Pusha T, Charli XCX, Best Coast’s Bethany Cosentino, Meredith Graves, and Kristin Kontrol." Have something to add to this story?
