A 2004 incident went to court and after a jury couldn't reach a verdict last year, the case was set for a re-trial, which is coming up in April. After the show, he spoke to reporters at the club and said he had no comments about his upcoming trial. Instead he reflected on his first appearance in years outside of court. "This is life," he said. "And life changes. And so it's not to be feared to go out. I go out."
