An Australian boy's simple acts of kindness are going a long way.。

Campbell Remess is a 12-year-old boy from Tasmania, who's been making teddy bears for sick children by hand. 。

Under the name Project 365, he's aiming to create one fluffy present a day for kids in hospital, and making a lot of people cry on social media in the process. 。

When Remess was just nine, he asked his parents if they could buy Christmas presents for kids in hospital, but was told it would cost too much, according to a Facebook post.  。

So he decided to grab a sewing machine and make some toy bears on his own, spurning video games in favour of old fashioned stitching. 。

Three years on, Remess's little idea has garnered plenty of attention on the internet, especially in the last week after his story on TV program。 The Feed。 The Feed。

Remess does take requests for bears, but from time to time he also sells them on eBay for charity. Like the very fluffy-looking Franky, whose proceeds will go to cancer charity Relay For Life.。It's definitely not the last of Remess' efforts.
